Resourcing Traffic Coordinator

At Toolhouse, we create digital experiences for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands in the form of websites, emails, videos, social media conversations and more. We help our clients optimize their marketing, through technology consultation and platforms, and continual performance measurement. Our ability to plan for and manage resources for a variety and volume of projects is integral to both client satisfaction and staff success. We’d like you to join our team to support our resource management process, and ensure we maximize studio efficiency and effectiveness across projects and clients.

We’re looking for just the right person that can excel at both big-picture thinking and day-to-day tasks. You must have an avid interest in web technologies — you don’t need to know how to code, but you do need to know how a website gets made, including who contributes what, what dependencies are in play, and how different technologies may affect the workflow. Throw this interest in with a dash of marketing acumen, an innate desire to manage the details while keeping a watchful eye on the big picture, a great sense of humor and an overall pleasant-to-be-around attitude, and voila. The Traffic team is the linchpin of the studio, and ultimately, the creator of seriously happy clients and a seriously happy team.

You will be expected to create new ways of doing things to optimize our current processes, while also getting down in the weeds of a project to ensure we’re delivering 110% on even the smallest details. Our clients look to us to produce exceptional work in short timeframes, and this position is integral to making that happen.

Here’s what you’ll be doing in your first year:

Have you done this before?

Do you have experience mapping project plans to resourcing availability and capabilities? Do you have several years of experience working on digital projects (ideally in an agency or marketing environment) to understand the primary functions, skills and tasks involved in completing a project? Have you worked with individuals to help manage and prioritize their weekly workload? Finally, have you estimated work hours needed for various functions across a project? Project Management experience is very applicable to this role.

If you want to talk…

If you’d like this job to be your next career challenge, send us your resume along with a half-to-full page write-up describing your most relevant accomplishments and how they relate to your ability to do this job. Experience helping others manage competing priorities and leading efforts to balance availability with client and project needs in a service-based environment, and ability to excel at driving and evangelizing processes will be some of the primary factors we consider, so make sure that shines through. If we think there could be match, we’ll get back to you to let you know about next steps.

To apply, please email us your materials.

The where and when

You will need to work in our Bellingham office. (Sorry, remote employment will not be considered for this position.) This is a full-time position that we would like to start as quickly as possible. No contractors. Please do not apply if you cannot work full-time and on-site as described above. We’ll provide all of the resources you need to bring out the best in your skills and talents.

We are currently working remotely due to COVID-19 health concerns and in accordance with Washington state guidance. Our team's health and safety is our number one priority.
