Have you done this before?
Do you have experience supporting the HR needs of a 50+ person company? Have you supported a multi-state team? Do you have experience overseeing and executing on staffing strategies? Have you established employee engagement programs, and implemented frameworks for employee performance management? Have you worked with many different personality styles, effectively juggling the needs and priorities of each team member while maintaining a sense of humor, tact, and professionalism? The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $88,000.00. Your salary will be determined using an array of factors including your experience, skills and other relevant factors.
We also provide insurance benefits including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. If hired, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401k plan and Toolhouse will match a portion of your contributions. We offer all new employees 3 weeks of paid vacation annually, plus 11 paid holidays, and paid sick leave in accordance with Washington state law. We also provide a monetary wellness bonus and you may receive other bonuses, and as well may be eligible to participate in our annual profit sharing program.
