You know the ins and outs of what it takes to get a major digital marketing initiative done the right way and you have passion for continually learning to do it even better. Most importantly, you know how to develop lasting business relationships and instill a sense of trust in clients that you’ll always do what’s right for their business.
The Job. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing revenue within existing accounts. You’ll act as the primary client advocate for Toolhouse project teams to ensure a client’s business needs are consistently met, and you’ll serve as a day-to-day strategic advisor to clients.
Your projects will typically take the form of major websites, CRM-driven campaign work, strategic consulting, technology implementations, digital marketing processes, and change management. Clients will also occasionally look to you to review their digital marketing analytics in order to analyze campaign effectiveness and offer other relevant insights.
