The Job: You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service and coordination activities throughout the lifecycle of Toolhouse projects. Working closely with project managers and account directors, you will play a key role in facilitating effective communication between internal Toolhouse project teams, client-side project stakeholders and other outside agencies.

Your projects will typically take the form of websites, mobile applications, web content such as video or social media posts, CRM-driven email campaigns, analytics and other related digital initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring these projects are supporting the client’s business objectives, and that internal teams have what they need to keep projects moving forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an understanding of the client’s business, products, processes and market landscape
  • Provide support to Toolhouse project managers in the delivery of complex digital projects on time and within scope
  • Provide support to Toolhouse account directors in meeting client business objectives and achieving high levels of client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels in the client's organization to facilitate efficient projects
  • Participate in shaping project strategies and tactics that deliver desired results for a client
  • Liaise with Toolhouse staff as a part of everyday project activities to assure Toolhouse team members have the information and assets they need to maintain progress
  • Assist both Toolhouse and clients with communication and content for various presentations and project-related documentation
  • Conduct ongoing account planning with Toolhouse account directors to ensure all opportunities and challenges within an assigned client are understood and solutions identified and that the account is being serviced in a successful manner
  • Keep up with technology trends such as mobile, and social and participate in knowledge exchanges with peers

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency or within a digital marketing role on the client/brand side
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, internet technologies, social media and mobile
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship management or account management with close involvement in delivery of complex project work
  • 4-year degree, preferably with a specialty in marketing
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
  • Ability to put together professional-looking documents and presentations
  • Strong presentation/public speaking skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and the ability to carefully manage details
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of personalities while juggling multiple projects all at once
  • Ability to focus and work under pressure during tight deadlines with humor, tact and professionalism
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory environments a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics concepts and tools is a plus
